Tomb of Thomas Butler, Lee Terrace, St Margaret's Old Churchyard SE13 - Lewisham

Chest tomb of 1733. The panels on both sides and on one end have collapsed exposing brickwork and making the monument vulnerable to rapid deterioration. A condition survey has been prepared, with funding from Historic England, and funding for repair and restoration works for a number of tombs has been secured through a Section 106 agreement. Repair works are expected to start summer 2024.
