Section of garden wall to the north of Hall Place, Bourne Road, Bexley, DA5 - Bexley

C16 red brick garden wall which was part rebuilt in C18, enclosing Hall Place and its formal gardens. A section of the wall between the gatehouse and a brick pier has a severe lean and in places has collapsed and requires structural repair. There is also severe erosion of brickwork and mortar pointing parallel with the A223 Bourne Road. A potential solution with Listed Building Consent is being discussed by the Local Authority and Historic England.
