Circular garden building, boundary wall and railings, formerly to St Paul’s School, Hammersmith Road - Hammersmith and Fulham

Circular red brick building and boundary wall, with railings and terracotta finials to brick piers, all formerly part of St Paul's School, 1881-85 by Alfred Waterhouse, now part of St Paul's Open Space. The building is disused and subject to vandalism, with missing roof tiles and damp. The Local Authority commissioned a condition survey for the building and has submitted applications for consent for its repair and re-use for garden storage. Conservation repairs to the adjacent wall following damage from a car collision are complete. Repairs to the railings are being investigated.
