Circular Garden Building, formerly to St Pauls School, Hammersmith Road - Hammersmith and Fulham

Boundary wall in red brick with terracotta finials to brick piers and circular building with conical roof, both formerly part of St Paul's School, 1881-85 by Alfred Waterhouse. Now part of St Paul's Open Space. The terracotta finials to two brick piers of the boundary wall have become detached and are awaiting reinstatement. The circular building is disused and a low ceiling has been installed internally. There is evidence of deterioration including missing roof tiles, vegetation growth and damp. Discussions on repair and future re-use are ongoing.
