Church of St Mary, Church Lane, Chaddesden - Derby, City of (UA)

Church, rebuilt in 1357 by Henry Chaddesden, Archdeacon of Leicester, with C15 alteration and C19 restoration. By the mid 2010s, nave and aisle slated roofs were in particularly poor condition, tower roof coverings were fatigued and rainwater disposal was inadequate and defective. Historic England grant-aided repair work will complete in 2019.
