Halloween Reader Event

A special Halloween spooky adventure at Spitalfields Charnel House, London.

This Halloween, join us on a spooky adventure underground to the Spitalfields Charnel House. Inspector of Ancient Monuments for Historic England, Jane Sidell, will guide you through the 14th century space, once used to carefully store human bones (which have now all been removed) disturbed from the Augustinian Priory of St Mary Spital and a rare survival of the Dissolution of the Monasteries.

This is a unique opportunity to experience a site which is rarely open to the public, and hear from one of our experts about its origins and mysteries.

We have just 12 pairs of tickets to give away.

The competition has now closed. Thank you to everyone who entered.
