Eastbury Manor House

Enjoy costumed tours and talks about the courage that Eastbury Manor House, a Grade I listed building, represents.

London History Day at Eastbury Manor House
Thursday 31 May 10.00am to 4.00pm

Eastbury Manor House was built in 1572 and has been threatened with decay and demolition several times in it's history. Notable dates include 1918, when Eastbury was saved from demolition by the Society for the Preservation of Ancient Buildings and the National Trust. This made Eastbury Manor House the National Trust's first purchase  in London. Despite all odds, Eastbury Manor House is currently thriving as a heritage site and venue.

Visit Eastbury Manor House on London History Day and learn about the courage it's shown throughout the last 450 years. The Eastbury Kitchen will be serving hot and cold refreshments throughout the day.
