Description

The collection contains two pencil and ink drawings showing sections through a timber framed church spire. The weather vane and clock are depicted. The identity of the church to which the spire belonged is unknown and the drawings have no scale.

The drawing has been attributed to Cecil Hewett (1926-1998), craftsman and historian of carpentry.
