A detailed view of a fireplace in Middlethorpe Hall

The country house dates to circa 1700 and is flanked by mid 18th century wings. The fireplace has a white marble surround, with lion masks at the top of the pilasters and embellished drops suspended from them.
The house is now used as a hotel.
