Description

The wall paintings in St Mary's Church date from between the 13th and 14th centuries, with 17th century texts. On the three walls of the chancel are painted roundels in which are scenes of Christ's Nativity. These date from around 1280, and the paintings on the east wall of the chancel are interrupted by the later east window.
