Description

On the west wall of St George's Church are wall paintings depicting the Last Judgement: at the top is Christ, with Moses below, and on the left is Carnal Man surrounded by the Seven Deadly Sins in roundels, and on the right a Spiritual Man surrounded by the Seven Works of Mercy in roundels. The wall paintings have been dated to around 1380.
