Detail of a 14th century font in St Mary's Church, which has a circular bowl with a vine pattern with berries around the rim. Around the middle of the bowl are small niche with a figures seated in each one, two of which are visible in the image. Between the niches is a band of carving, and near the base of the bowl is a band of vine pattern with leaves. The shaft and base are circular and the font cover is ornately decorated. The church is a 13th century rubble building with stone slate roofs.
