Description

The photographer’s notes state: ‘Gabled house at the S.W. end of Blackfriars. "Red Brick House" on the left is at the top of the Grey Friars steps (see a.28). At its back in Grey Friars was the ancient Franciscan Hall, destroyed about ten years before.'
