The photographer’s notes state: ‘Ditto. E.N. east side on left. Nos 13 (on left), 14 (burnt out), and 15 (entrance part by angle). S.S east side. Nos 15 (remaining part on left) and 16, then St James's Square Avenue, then No 1 and a bit of no2.'
Noted in red: ‘No 14 was probably burnt early in 1930. Between June 1935 and June 1936 it was replaced by a shed. Nos 15, 16, 1 & 2 were all destroyed in the air raid on nov. 24 1940.'
