The photographer’s notes state: ‘Nos 23 (nearest), 24 & 25 (low houses), 26 & 27 (high houses) Horesefair, south side, just east of Lower Arcade. Wesley pLace Passage leading to John Wesley's Chapel under number 26.'
Noted in red: ‘Nos 26 & 27 demolished about 1935. Nos 24 & 25 cleared asway before July 1948. number 23 was mostly demolished by August 1949.'
