The photographer’s notes state: ‘Redland Hill House, south side Redland Hill, seen from below, from the end of Hazel Avenue (a cul-de-sac) off Chapel Green Lane on W. side.'

Noted in red: 'The left (westerly) half of the house was destroyed during the 1939-45 war. The central chimney stack is now at the west end of the existing part.'
