Two cottages opposite each other near the end of a street with a body of water in the background. The houses are both stone and colour washed with thatched roofs and probably 17th century. The house on the right hand side has two raised stone slabs that act as bridges over a small stream. It is likely that these houses are numbers 24 and 26 at the end of Park Street, suggesting that the road leads to the River Avill and Gallox Bridge.
