Description

The photographer's notes state: 'Lamorbey House. The main lawn looking south to the old yew hedge. Summer house on the left. The house on the extreme right. The opening in the yew hedge in background led to the box bush path'.

Lamorbey House was located on the south side of Halfway Street, close to the corner with Old Farm Road East. It was demolished between 1936 and 1937.
