The photographer's notes state: 'The house. Close up view of the North front. Elizabethan or Tudor window in the upper storey on left'.
Twysdens was demolished in stages between 1940 and 1948. The area which the house occupied, on the south-east side of Cray Road, is now the site of a Coca-Cola factory.
