Description

The photographer's notes state: 'The farm from E.N.E from Beaverwood Road, which goes into the Chislehurst road on left. The house at back with the granary in front. The great barn on right' He has also recorded underneath: 'The large barn demolished, except one end, years before 1953'.

Beaverwood Farm was located on the north side of Perry Street (now Old Perry Street), on the corner with Beaverwood Road. The main farmhouse was destroyed by enemy action in November 1940.
