This is a photograph of an earlier photographic postcard. It is believed that the image was photographed by PEW Street c1923-1950.

The photographer's notes state: 'Copy. High Street looking westwards from a point a little east of where Courtyard comes in from the south (left). Well Hall Rd comes in from the north (right). Houses from Court Yard down to and including Ye Olde King's Arms Inn (in distance) all demolished in 1923. The Parish Church on right. (This photographic postcard view taken before 1923)'.
