The photographer's notes state: 'No 118 (weatherboarded) and No 116 (r. in brick) High Street (s. side) No 118 opposite road to Jubilee Cottages'.
There is an additional note stating: 'These were demolished in March 1936'.
At the time this photograph was taken 118 Eltham High Street was the offices of the Eltham Times newspaper.
The road has since been renumbered and these buildings, which were located on the south side of the road, were close to the present location of 154-158 Eltham High Street.
