The photographer's notes state: 'From the west. West wing set back on left. S. west extension in right foreground. The old arcade can just be seen through the back door'.
The farmhouse at Manor Farm was located on the east side of the Orpington Bypass (now Cray Avenue), just to the south of the railway line.
