Description

This office block of 1901-3 was designed by architects Belcher and Joass and built by Colls and Sons for the Eastern Telegraph Company. Its address was originally in Finsbury Pavement but later changed to 84 Moorgate. It is now part of the London City campus of the London Metropolitan University.
