This is in the parkland of a late Victorian country house designed by Richard Norman Shaw for Pandeli Ralli, politician. It was subsequently demolished in the mid-1950s and replaced with a smaller house in the early 1960s. The photograph is one of a set taken for George Trollope & Sons, builders, decorators and furnishers.
