2. Circa 1870's. Red brick, Welsh slate roof behind plain parapet. Three storeys.
Second floor has 2 double-hung sashes with glazing bars and red brick gauged heads. Two similar but slightly larger first floor windows still retain wooden blind valences. Rather heavy late Victorian ground floor, with continuous cornice on 4 consoles. These rest on 4 Doric pilasters. Window and doorways recently modified.
