C19 neo-Gothic. Clunch ashlar, slate roof. Left hand one storey, right hand gabled wing one storey and attics. Porch at left hand with gabled head: door has late Norman rounded head (removed from another site - Pevsner). Three windows on road elevation have neo-Tudor hood moulds and stone millions. Rear elevation has door and 3 windows, all with chamfered reveals.
