3/224 Summerfield Farmhouse -
- II Farmhouse. Circa 1800. Doulting ashlar, slate roof behind cornice and parapet, coped verges, rendered end stacks.
Double pile plan, Classical style. 2-storeys, 2-bays, end pilasters, 12-pane sash windows. Central door opening flanked by Ionic pilasters, entablature and moulded cornice, 6-panelled door, top 2 panels glazed. Wing of lower height at right angles to rear.
