HARTFORD C.P. PARK LANE SJ 67 SW (South side) 4/37 The Riddings - - II
Formerly house, now flats: C18 core, remodelled mid C19. Stuccoed brick, hipped Welsh slate roof and 2 ridge brick chimneys. Square in plan with extension to the right. 2-storey, symmetrical, 3-bay north front. End bays have eared architraves below, shouldered above, to 16-pane sashes. The centre has large mid C19 Ionic detailed porch on pairs of columns. Semi-circular headed eared architrave with panelled soffits behind, contains a pair of half-glazed doors and a fanlight with radial glazing bars 16-pane sash above. Extension to right has simpler 16-pane windows, remaining sides have similar but less complete fenestration to main facade.
