LONG SUTTON CP CROSS LANE (South side) ST4625 12/146 - Little Thatch GV II

Detached cottage. Probably C18. Local lias stone cut and squared, roughly coursed, and rendered and colourwashed on front elevation; thatched roof between gables, one stepped and the other dressed with clay double Roman tiles; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 2 bays. Two-light casement windows with rectangular leaded panes and iron framed opening lights; between bays a boarded door in later frame screened by open timber and thatched porch. Single storey extnsion with clay double Roman tiled roof against east gable. Interior not seen.
