LANGPORT CP THE HILL (South side) ST4226 11/125 Moorfield House - GV II
House in row. C19. Red brick in Flemish bond, Ham stone dressings, some painted; Welsh slate roof between stepped coped gables, shallow pitch; brick end chimney stacks. Three storeys, 3 bays. Lias stone plinth; sash windows in simple ashlar surrounds, plain to ground floor with stone aprons in panels, doubled, under slim hood moulds; 12-pane to first floor and 6-pane to second floor: central 4-panel door in deep recess, under rectangular fanlight, with plain stone surround having moulded flat hood or shaped brackets; additional 4-panel door and fanlight in plain surround right of bay 3; small barred basement light in plinth. Interior not seen.
