LONG SUTTON CP MARTOCK ROAD (West side) ST4625 12/185 Long Sutton Farmhouse - GV II

Detached farmhouse. c1830 but probably incorporating earlier work. Local lias stone roughly cut and squared; Welsh slate roof of shallow pitch between stepped coped gables; stone chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Sash windows of 16 panes in plain openings with dovetailed stone lintols; to lower bay 2 a Regency pattern part-glazed door with rectangular fanlight over, protected by open stone porch with simple non-classical details. Interior not seen.
