Rendered rubble, double Roman tiles, brick stacks. 2 storeys, 4 windows; C19 and C20 casements, 2 first floor windows at west in partial eaves dormers. West door in recessed porch. Interior has deep chamfered, step stopped beams and fireplace with moulded and stopped depressed arch lintel and chamfered jambs.
