Mid C19. Gothic. Rendered concealed roof. Three storeys, three glazing bar sash windows under hood moulds. Castellated parapet. Round headed windows and doors to ground floor, divided by fluted columns and decorated capitals. One storey extension to right. Oxford Street elevation: 2 storey bay with castellated parapet and pierced quatrefoils.
