C18/early C19 terraced cottages. Red brick with some geometric designs in grey headers. Brick eaves cornice. Old tiled roof. 2 storeys. 3 windows, early C19 casements with glazing bars, some modern glazing. Garage door and house door ground floor. Included as part of group.

The Hard, Bay Tree Cottages (Nos 1 and 2) Victory Cottages (Nos 1 to 6 (consec) and the building adjacent to No 1, form a group.
