24/96 No. 19 Knowle Cottage - GV II
Late C17 or C18 house. Colourwashed coursed limestone rubble. Thatched roof.
2-bay plan, gable end to road. One storey and attics. Gable end chimney stacks. S. elevation: two attic eyebrow dormers. Ground floor has doorway at W. end, one 2-light and one 3-light casement windows. All ground floor openings have timber lintels. To E. gable end is an attached barn now used as part of the dwelling. Coursed limestone rubble. Corrugated iron roof. S.
elevation has C20 openings.
