10/144 Couldens Farm House II
House. late C16/early C17. Timber framed on rubblestone plinth, whitewashed rubblestone cladding below with brick quoins and dressings, tile hung above; plain tiled half hipped roof with large ridge stack to right of centre, stack to left end. 2 storeys, 4 C19 leaded casement windows across the first floor, ground floor windows with brick dressings. C19 planked door to left of centre in gabled "rustic" trellis porch on wooden supports. Single storey pent roof addition to right, plastic pent roofed addition behind.
Interior: timber framed visible in ceiling frames. Deep brick fireplace.
