5104 Highgate B12 No 356 SP 08 SE 12/28 3.7.74 II GV 2.
Circa 1830-40 three bay 2 storey painted brick villa. Deep stucco plinth with cellar vents. Flat eaves to hipped slate roof. Plain revealed dash windows with flat stucco arches. The sills to ground floor window have scrolled consoles rising from breaks in plinth. Corbelled sills to first floor. Flight of steps up to central doorway flanked by plinths supporting well proportioned Greek Doric fluted column porch with Soanian pilasters to wall. Frieze with wreaths over capitals to sides and front, projecting cornice with block pediment containing ornate rinceaux scroll with anthemion and lotus motifs. Panelled reveals into modern door, rectangular fanlight. Altered 2 storey gig house to left, with cornice and blocking course raised in panel to centre.
