5104 Highgate B12 No 102 SF 0885 NW 53/5 II GV 2.

Circa 1820-30 two storey, three bay stucco faced villa with one bay very slightly recessed, extension to right hand. Later C19 revealed sash windows, tripartite to left on ground floor and to right in extension where both windows have panelled heads with oval rosettes flanked by shallow consoles to thin moulded cornices. Doorway is framed by engaged Doric columns with oval rosette panelled sections of entablature and open bracketed pediment. Panelled reveal, round headed doorcase with 6 panel door and radial glazed fanlight. Shallow boxed eaves to low slate roof.
