House. Early C19. Flint with Denner Hill stone quoins, brick window surrounds and dentil eaves. Old tile roof, brick chimney to right.

2 storeys, 2 bays. C20 barred wooden casements, paired to left bay, 3-light to first floor right. Canted bay window with barred sashes to right. Central board door with flat wooden hood. Narrow C20 brick extension with hipped roof to left; C20 parallel wing to rear. Included for group value.
