House and barn, late C18, house extended in C19, rubble stone with Bridgwater tile roof. Original range is barn with half-hipped gables and projecting lean-to central cart entry. Right side of barn is one-room plan house with paired casement on each floor and east end stack. House extended to east with roof hipped at south- east angle and gabled to north. Two storeys, casement windows.

Attached to south-west angle of barn, open fronted L-plan range of stalls. Barn has 4-bay single purlin roof with collar trusses.

Wall to house section is of thin timber frame and brick.
