II 2. C17. Two storeys. Ground floor red brick, above tile hung. Tiled roof with Sussex-hip each end. Four casement windows with small square leaded panes.

Small round-headed window above door. Flat-roofed square porch with moulded panels on inside of returns to match door. Modern addition to right-hand side.
