SE 98 NE NEWBY AND SCALBY LADY EDITH'S DRIVE (north side) 11/25 (Shown as Low Road on the 0. S. sheet) 18.1.67 Ox Pasture Hall (formerly listed as Ox Pasture Farmhouse in the Civil Parish of Irton) II

Farmhouse. Mid C18 with later alteration and extension. Dressed sandstone; pantile roof; brick stacks. Central staircase plan, 1 rooms deep with rear service wing. 2-storey, 3-bay front. Gabled centre bay contains 6-panel door with patterned fanlight in open pedimented doorcase with fluted pilasters. Tall 16-pane sashes on either side, and three square 16-pane sashes to first floor. Plain wedge lintels to all windows. End stacks.

Restaurant extension to right not of special interest.
