LUDGVAN SW 53 NW 5/16 Milestone at SW 543361 - II Milestone. Circa mid C19. Painted dressed granite monolith. Triangular-on-plan shaft over a rectangular-on-plan base. 2 rectangular sides of the shaft face the road obliquely and rise from large pyramidal stops. Each of these sides has incised lettering and Arabic numerals. Pyramidal head.

Left-hand side inscription : PENZANCE 6 MILES LANDS END 16 Right-hand side inscription : HAYLE 2 MILES CAMBORNE 7 REDRUTH 11 TRURO 20
