LUDGVAN SW 53 NW 5/7 Engine house at SW 512267, Wheal - Sisters Mine II Beam engine house. Circa mid-late C19. Granite rubble with granite dressings, round brick arches to openings and brick upper stage to round chimney.

Plan: rectangular plan with round stack clasping the south corner. Thicker bob wall to north west. Machinery floors and roof removed. Originally 3 floors.

Exterior: round-headed openings to all walls. Bob wall has central doorway. Rear gable end has 3 central openings, 1 to each floor. 2 window openings to left-hand wall and doorway to ground floor of right-hand wall.

Interior: not inspected.
