Formerly 'Laurel Grove' of 1845-8. Of gault brick with both stone and stucco trim. Front (north) elevation of 2-storeys and 3 bays each set forward with central Corinthian portico, tetrastyle, with entablature. Five windows 3 over 2, sashes clear-glazed with mullions and margin-sashes. Strings at 1st floor and eaves levels, both on consoles. Two gault chimney stacks south of ridge line. Roofs hipped and slated.
