LUDGVAN NINNESBRIDGE SW 53 NW 5/63 Ninnis Farmhouse - GV II Farmhouse. Circa mid-C19. Dressed coursed granite front with granite dressings, otherwise rubble. Hipped grouted scantle slate roof with projecting eaves. Brick chimneys over the side walls.
Plan: double-depth plan. 2 equal rooms at the front with cross passage between leading to central stair hall between shallower rear service rooms.
Exterior: symmetrical 3 window east front with central doorway. Original 4-panel door with overlight and original 12-pane hornless sashes.
Interior: not inspected.
