BUCKLAND C.P. LAWRENCE LANE TQ 25SW 4/56 Dowdes (Formerly 3 and 4 Lower Green Cottages) II

Cottage. Cl7, extended in C19 and C20. Timber framed, clad in C19/C20 brick below, tile hung above with plain tiled roof. Two storeys with rebuilt stack to right of centre. Three casement windows on the first floor, the outer ones 3-light. Attic window in hip-roofed dormer to centre. Two windows on ground floor with further ground floor window in pentice extension to right. Central half-glazed door under open gable hood on brackets. Rear - some framing exposed on the first floor with brick infilling. Catslide extension to centre of rear, dormer window above.
