House. C16/C17. Stucco with thatched roof to front continuous with house to left, No.35, slate at rear. Brick stacks to gable ends. One room deep with outshut. 2 storeys, 2-window range. C19 three-light casements to first floor. Ground floor left has a wide carriage entrance and C20 three-light casement under a wooden lintel; house entrance is in passageway. INTERIOR: feet of upper-jointed cruck trusses exposed to first floor.
