Congregational hall and school. 1825. Rendered, shallow pitched Welsh slate roof. 2-storey and 3-bays. Main entrance facing that of Congregational church at right angle to road, (q.v.). Pointed windows with intersecting leaded tracery; semi-circular headed doorway with rusticated voussoirs and reveals. First floor contains meeting room with coved ceiling.
