Painted rubble, Welsh slate roof, large stepped external stack left and brick stack to left of entrance. 2 storeys, 2:2 bays; 3 light casements with C20 window ground floor right, blocked window above C20 porch right of centre, 6 panelled door, panelled reveals. Outshut at rear with extension on left return elevation.
